Using our Virtual Recording System,
you simply dial our toll-free
number, log in and enter the phone
number you wish to call. Call
recording begins as soon as the call
is connected. The conversation is
automatically saved as an audio file
and can be forwarded to your email
as a WAV file.

Call recording laws vary from state
to state. These laws pertain to
obtaining either single party (only
you, the caller needs to provide
consent) or multi-party consent (all
parties on the call need to provide
consent) before a call can be
recorded. If you are calling from or
to a multi-party consent state, then
the consent of all parties on the
phone is required to record the
call. It is the user's
responsibility to research, review,
and abide by all laws concerning
recordings.
Your credit card
is billed annually for the annual
fee of $120.00. All recordings are
billed upon completion at .35 cents
per minute per audio file unless
transcripts are ordered. If
transcripts are ordered the rate is
reduced to .30 cents per minute for
the recording. All transcripts are
billed per page as indicated below.
