Interpreting:
$70.00 per hour
(1/2 day minimum 3 hours and full day minimum 5 hours)  .60 cents per mile travel and $35.00 per hour over minimum billedTelephonic Interpreting: $1.10 per minute

.20 cents per word ($35.00 minimum)Direct Dictation: .15 per line

DEPOSITION SUMMARIES TRIAL SUMMARIES – DEPOSITION DIGESTS:
$ 2.75 per transcript page for rush transcripts. $ 2.35 per page for five day or more turn around time OR $60.00 per hour
(high volume discount rate available).
 DAILY DICTATION/TRANSCRIPTION: 

$120.00 per year annual fee.  .17 cents per line (65 characters with spaces is one line). Minimum fee of $2.50 per document.  Upload your digitial audio files under “Order Now” then “File Upload.”

 
MEDICAL SUMMARIES:
$60.00 per hour – medical summaries only no diagnostic analysis. Medical Chronologies by date with concise summary of medical events.
 
 
SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY:
Hearing Summaries: $60.00 per hour and per file minimum.
 
HEARING TRANSCRIPTS- North Carolina Administrative Office of Courts Approved:
$4.25 per page hard copy original and e-mail copy.
$4.00 per page e-mail copy original.
Shipping/handling & actual costs of audio.It takes two weeks for us to receive audio from the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Therefore, order your hearing transcripts as soon as practical.
